Your Annual Benefit Statement is Now Available!
We are pleased to inform you that your annual benefit statement for the period ending 28 February 2025 is now available on your member portal.
This statement gives you a clear and comprehensive view of your overall retirement portfolio within the Fund. It includes your total fund credit, member contributions, investment growth and the benefits available to you including those for retirement, death, and disability.
To access your statement, simply visit https://transport.benefitcounsellor.com/login or send us a WhatsApp message on 087 240 7004, then navigate to the Benefit Statement tab.

Two-Pot Claims Deadline for 2024/2025 Tax Year
We would like to remind you that as per the Two-Pot System regulation, you are only allowed to make one withdrawal per tax year. The current tax year, 2024/2025 ends on 28 February 2025.
To accommodate processing times, Two-Pot claims for the 2024/2025 tax year will remain open until 14 February 2025.
Any claims submitted after this deadline will be processed as 2025/2026 tax year claims, and this means you will only be eligible to claim again from 1 March 2026.
To ensure your claim is processed within the 2024/2025 tax year, please submit your claim before 14 February 2025.

Two-Pot System Claims – Members Using PASSPORTS
In preparation for submitting your two-pot claim, please ensure you have the following documents ready:
- A valid passport (both old and current if applicable)
- A stamped affidavit confirming:
- Your employment
- Passport details
- Full names
- Dates of employment
- Confirmation of your banking details
The member portal will be opening soon and we will announce once its live so you can submit your claims smoothly and securely.

Please note that our service processing turnaround time will be temporarily affected due to the implementation of the new Two-Pot System functionality.
This is necessary to initiate the Two-Pot System.
The seeding process for Two-Pot savings claims can only be submitted from 16 September 2024.

The seeding process will take several days to complete, and claims can only be submitted from 16 September 2024.
